Buying or renewing your membership

Once online payments are available, you will be able to buy or renew Gold or Platinum from your customer profile. Business OS will activate your paid membership after payment is confirmed.

Online membership payments are not available yet. For now, apply here, then pay at the Club VIP register with a team member. Your application remains pending until payment is verified and your paid membership is activated in Business OS. Renewals are manual, with no automatic renewal charge.

Membership terms

Each card belongs to one person and one customer account. Staff verify identity before use. Do not share a card, QR code or account. Paid plans last 12 months; renewal is manual. After paid benefits end, your free Silver membership remains available unless the card or account is suspended.

Food points exclude tax, tips, service/delivery fees, alcohol, gift certificate purchases, tickets and membership/party fees. Food discounts are for dine-in and pickup; delivery orders instead use eligible delivery credits. Promotions and member food discounts do not stack. Complimentary items earn no points. Refunds reverse the corresponding points; full-refund adjustments may reduce a balance below zero.

Delivery credits and monthly drinks renew on your membership monthly anniversary and do not roll over. Birthday gifts are once per calendar year in your birthday month. Selected drink/shot menu-price caps are B$6 Silver, B$8 Gold and B$12 Platinum; monthly Platinum drinks are capped at B$8. Alcohol requires staff age verification. Birthday and monthly drinks cannot both be redeemed on one ticket. Points expire after 12 months without a qualifying paid purchase.

Members participate in Club VIP's member-offers program through their account. Promotional email, SMS and WhatsApp choices remain separate and can be changed in My profile. Membership does not automatically subscribe you to messages, and promotional opt-out does not cancel already-paid benefits.
